Sun City Poms

Don't look for me in this picture - but you can spot my friend Sally Davis - she's the pretty one with white hair and a big smile.  Probably the youngest of the Poms - and probably the newest too.  She's just been doing the Pom routines for about a month.  If you look at the light at the top of the stairs, she's the closest to it - fourth from the left.

Sally is amazing.  We met at an open house a few years ago.  She was living in a condo at the time, had fixed it up and wanted a new project - a single family house.  So we listed her condo, eventually sold it and found a fixer.  Actually, she found it - all I did was write the contract.  Then she proceeded to fix and fix and fix.  New dual pane windows.  New carpet.  New paint.  New flooring.  New appliances.  New roof.  Where she could find a deal on Craig's List, she did.  Where she could do the labor herself, she did.  I repeat, she is amazing.  And now she is a Pom! 

She's looking for a condo now as an investment....
